Summer Combo

Summer is Here!

Just look at these..  

                   a lovely array of flowers and veggies, don't you think?

This beautiful Poppy is ready to shed it's last petal....

   

Plump gooseberrys..we used to call them Goosgogs when we were kids, Although I've no idea why.

This is a favourite place of mine, whatever the season. A "secret garden" tucked away in a tiny village on the banks of the Mosel, in Luxembourg. What's so special about this particular garden?
Well for a start it's free to visit....and although not huge, there is fabulous diversity here..from Poppies right at the start of the season, (can't wait for the Autumn..the seed heads will be superb!)..right through to rows of carrots, or Kiwis hanging from branches, only just in reach, fragile looking grasses, and large yellow daisies.
Ther'es also some suprising Artwork in amongst the foliage!

Did I mention the Foxgloves?

I love them. Just look at the way the colours vary from the tiny buds at the top to the "Fairy Trumpets" at the bottom..I think I can feel a print coming on!

Inspiration..find it where you can..

Dooding using technical ink pens, not over-thinking, just letting my mind go with the flow. Try it sometime..it's a great way to free up your mind, giving your imagination a place to run wild.

This little piece came 

rambling off my pen after an afternoon in the garden....
